Work on your specific goals and ensuring you have the right form and technique to target the right muscle group.
Rates:
* 3 sessions/week: $55 per session (Best Value)
* 2 sessions/week: $60 per session
* 1 session/week: $65 per session
– Online Virtual Personal Training
* starts at $50 minimum 2 calls a week 50min
– Accountability Coaching –
This plan is best for you if have a goal and know how to exercise, but tend to loose your drive/motivation or create excuses that holds you back from meeting your goal.
With this matter you will need accountability.
We all need it everyday.
Accountability will help lead you to success but it’s not a quick fix.
Here you we will work together and create your plan. You will check in with me on a daily base, share when you feel unmotivated and need that extra push.
This accountability service does not have to be fitness related, it can be any areas you need accountability support.
Rate varies on your goals and needs, starts at $100 a month with two 30minute video call.
